For Shipping, they offer different options to meet your needs. For Ground shipping, orders of $150+ are shipped for FREE. For 2nd Day and Next Day delivery, there are charges of $25.00 and $40.00 respectively. Orders placed before 12pm EST on weekdays will ship within 2-3 business days if your address is verified. Orders placed on JoesJeans.com can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days with ground shipping method. Please note that they are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes (PO Box in shipping address) or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

For Returns and Exchanges, if you are unhappy with your purchase, they will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase. A return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund if the return label provided is used. Your product(s) must be returned new, unused with all garment tags still attached. They are unable to accept merchandise which is not received with these specified conditions.
